Notary fees

• Notarization: $15 per notarial act

• Standard Travel Fee: $25 per appointment

• Extended Travel: $1.50 per mile beyond a 40-mile round trip

• Document Printing: No charge

• Document Scanning: No charge

• Electronic Document Delivery: No charge

• Third-Party Document Delivery: $25 within a 40-mile round trip from the signing location

• Extended Document Delivery: $1.50 per mile beyond the 40-mile round trip

Travel Fees & Payment Policy

• Travel Fee: A $25 travel fee is required at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment.

• Extended Travel: For appointments requiring more than 40 miles of round-trip travel from our business location, an additional $1.50 per mile applies to mileage exceeding 40 miles.

• Cancellation Policy: The $25 travel fee is non-refundable if an appointment is canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

• Advance Notice: All applicable travel fees will be calculated, disclosed, and agreed upon before your appointment is confirmed.

Document Services & Delivery

• Printing: Complimentary document printing is included with your signing appointment.

• Scanning & Electronic Delivery: Scanning and electronic delivery of signed documents are provided at no additional charge.

• Third-Party Document Delivery: Physical delivery of documents to a third party is available for $25 within a 40-mile round trip of the signing location. Additional mileage beyond 40 miles is charged at $1.50 per mile.

• Escrow-Scheduled Signings: Third-party document delivery fees do not apply to escrow-scheduled signings.

Additional Information

Notarial fees are charged per notarial act in accordance with Washington State law. Travel fees are separate from notarization fees, are not mandated by the State of Washington, and must be agreed upon before travel.

All applicable fees will be disclosed before services are provided.
